Company Stark produced circular knives specialized for cutting paper, aluminum, plastics, tires, foam, hoses with or without metal threads:

– Paper – This specific type of cutting operation requires circular knives without teeth and with single or double bevel.
Suitable for all applications of the production and processing of paper, the knives are produced in super-rapid steels and steels with a high chromium content. They can be coated with PVD treatments in order to improve performance and durability. Requests with different characteristics will be evaluated by the Technical Department of our Metal Cutting Division.

– Cardboard – STARK circular knives produced in various steel grades guarantee excellent results when cutting cardboard, keeping in line with the continuously advancing technological level of the machines used in the sector. For this specific type of cutting, circular knives with fine toothing and double or single bevel are particularly suitable. Requests with different characteristics will be evaluated by the Technical Department of our Metal Cutting Division.

– Fabrics – Circular knives with a single bevel and deep undercut along the entire length of the cutting edge are particularly suitable for this specific sector. They are made in HSS and can be mounted on any type of manual cutter and coated with PVD treatments that improve the performance and durability. Requests with different characteristics will be evaluated by the Technical Department of our Metal Cutting Division.
